The start of the New Year is here! This means it is a time to reflect on the past year and decide on New Year resolutions for the future. Additionally, it is a time to determine what worked well and should continue, and what needs to change.
At Waldron Carpentry, we are always dedicated to progressing and growing. We want to make changes that represent forward progress in a way that matches our values. Increased knowledge and experience lead to greater growth and development. This quote says it well:

We have always had a commitment to quality that will continue in 2021. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality rough carpentry and finish carpentry. Our carpenters are highly trained and we use only the top of the line equipment. We value excellence and quality, and it shows in every project.
Service
We are committed to serving our clients and partners to the best of our ability. Our motto is “quality and efficiency” which means we go above and beyond. When you work with us, you won’t get any mid-project surprises or budget changes. We will simply do the best we can to make your vision a reality.
Safety
In 2021, we will continue to commit to the highest safety standards. We will continue our regular safety training and toolbox talks. As always, we will work with only the top of the line equipment. Most importantly, we will value and prioritize the safety of our team members and partners throughout the completion of every project.
Timeliness
As previously mentioned, we highly value timeliness and efficiency in all of our work. When you choose to work with us, you don’t have to worry about multiple delays or major changes in the middle of the project. We will create a solid plan and see it through, in a timely manner, from start to finish.
Growing Partnerships
In the New Year, we will commit to growing our partnerships. We know the importance of quality partnerships, and what it means to work together to do a job well done.
