Other great features include affordability, varieties of activities, huge population, and healthcare resources. Low housing prices are a huge reason a lot of people desire to retire in Florida. Whether the home is on the water, a single-family design, or luxury-style living, houses are in high demand. No income tax is also a benefit to those who retire in Florida, especially if they are used to high-income state taxes such as in New York or California.
